| A： | （特 邀嘉宾JP Wang, CEO of DuPont Xingda Filaments Co., Ltd.）在一个公司在时间长了以后，每个人都会有惰性，会对一些本来可以改进的事情感到习以为常，这就是为什么要有一些年轻的人进入到我们公司，因为他 们从另外一些角度来看合理的事情。一个人要不断的成长，就要不断保持这样的好奇心和热情，永远保持就会激发自己的热情。我鼓励年轻人有好奇心，把公司当作 家，让其他人看到你对公司的关心。只是在沟通的方面应该特别注意，尤其是在一个团队当中，尤其当这个工作是在别人负责的范围当中时，你问问题的方式要非常 的当心，要让其他人了解到你的好意，这种情况下沟通技巧也是非常重要的。 |

| A： | （特 邀嘉宾JP Wang, CEO of DuPont Xingda Filaments Co., Ltd.）杜邦对中国有一个长期发展的承诺，从原来单单的销售、制造，向研发一步步的在拓展。业务增长也好，产品开发也好，在这个进程中，我们自然需要高 素质的人员。有非常朝气蓬勃的NCG的加入进来，对公司来讲是非常幸运的事，公司希望能够为NCG创造更好的发展机会，但最终的一切还是取决于你们每个人 对自己的承诺。公司有好的环境，好的计划，尤其对NCG的计划变得更加有规划性。但最重要的是NCG自己能够适应从学校到公司，从学生到职员这个转变的过 程。努力的去学习，踏踏实实的做事，还要保持你们的激情。在这个过程中，可能会遇到一些障碍产生迷茫感或者挫折感，这很正常，多跟其他人交流，保持自己对 生活工作的乐观向上的态度，这样在工作中间，才能把自己的创造力激发出来。还是想送给大家几句话，当年我的导师送给我的几句话，“ 忘记仇恨，放下忧愁，生活简朴，付出多些，期望少些”，有这样的心态对待工作生活，我觉得每个人都会成功的。 |
